as of now all tattoo parlors require that the artists be licensed and aware of the precautions to take to make sure they won't spread disease, and the blood of a newly tattooed boy can be thrown into the bloodbank apparently

probably not if you tell them you do, but weed doesn't linger in the blood and doesn't do anything anyway so there is nothing wrong with it.

No, I haven't and I don't intend to.

I don't know, I might already be disallowed from doing so, but if I'm not, I'm sure at least one of the things I intend to screw up with myself would count.

I'm also incredibly sensitive to blood loss; when I had blood taken for various health tests about a year ago (I forget how much they took, but I think it's less than donations typically are), I was hardly able to walk afterwards.
Apparently most students donate blood in the middle of the day and just continue on with their daily activities and classes normally afterwards
