I would like to go on record as opposing Boyah 2.0, the switch to SMF 2, or whatever it's being called.

I have a forum that is SMF 2.0 and I don't have a problem with SMF 2.0.

I have a problem with losing themes.

A couple months ago I promised that I would port our theme template (which all the themes are simple recolors of) to SMF 2

but I've kinda put it off and didn't get too far with it myface;

Snorkel has already said he would work on making themes that would be similar to our current ones.

The curly hair lizard promised me new banners for a better smokes theme and I am still waiting for this.

At a bare minimum, we'll have a Smokes-like theme, Temple-like theme, and generic SAF theme when Boyah2 launches, plus some other completely different ones that I have in mind... personally, I haven't seen enough to actually get me excited about SMF 2.0, though we'll have to switch eventually just to stay current.

themes add nothing to functionality, just readability
but i don't really care for the themes we have now anyway
