I hardly done any strenuous activity this week (most of it involved sitting down and carrying bags and napping and drinking and shitting)  and I overate (Tacobells, Donuts, Dominos, jellies)
today i ate 4 xxl burritos from taco bell and 3 pies of pizza and a box of cookies and 5 donuts
