I actually did have some change. I had received a bad blowjob a few nights before hand, so I was feeling kind of generous. I gave him like 58 cents, and we had a little conversation.

"Yeah man, I'm just looking for the american dream, ya know. We're all looking for that shit."

"You don't know?"

Life already has them down, at least let them have something they may enjoy. Sure there is probably a decent amount of alcoholism amongst homeless people but that doesn't give anyone a right to make such an assumption and surely doesn't give them a right to judge them

I think I have only given a homeless person anything like 3 or 4 times ever, and I get asked every single day. I have never given money. If I have food and I am not eating it/hungry I will sometimes give it to them. Idk, when you get asked for money like 5-20 times literally every day you kind of don't give a shit.
