Only one or two are acutally finished.  Most of these were done with me seeing a picture or the actual thing, along with a few changes for some of them.  Most of the work done from my head are the ones of people...which I don't want to show.

It's a project I'm doing right now for my Drawing I class.  So far...I think I've spent more than two hours on it.  So much fixing.  I'm about to leave it "finished" in a little bit, since there's way too many details I have to include.  I just have a lot of shit to do for other classes.

Painted it for a teacher before I graduated high school, and it's based on a dream I had of her being a blue jay while teaching my class.

The Hand That Fisted Everyone

The first one is the best one. The rest could be good if you just practice more with developing form and shape.

I feel...kind of discouraged...but, I'll just have to work more, I guess.  Can you go into depth with the lack of form and shape in my work, so I know specifically on what I should address when trying to develop form and shape?

these are fresh (especially second one I quoted), I like them a lot. Fuck form and shape, I'd say fill em up with lines of varying intensity everywhere that resolve into the shapes of the subjects, your style lends to that. like the second one below again.

what do you mean by "fresh."  also, i don't think i should ignore form and shape, ill keep it in mind.  the thing is, we're doing cloth, and with all of the tinted tones, i just have a hard time defining the shape and form of it.  too many tones to try to differ from one another, when doing charcoal.

all in my perspectives and opinions, though

also, thank you

I meant it looks like some good shit with a clear style, not some retarded art school dropout's work rehearsing methods. Of course don't ignore anything, I'm just always a proponent of LETTING THE SAUCE FLOW WHERE THE SAUCE FLOWS

this is what I have been up to: https://boyah.net/forums/index.php/topic,56347.0.html simpler than what you've been working with by the looks of it but we are only usingpens and markers right now

oh okay, thank you.  and okay

also the patterns, small details, symmetry, and balance of colors all seem difficult, referring to the art you and vulpix worked on.

Wow, I really like these a lot... Especially the ones which seem to be done almost in a more impressionist style. Beautiful jay.

Yeah, I love the ones snorkel pointed out, they look really good.
The others are all fine, but that nathan drake one (i'm assuming that's who it is) is laughable girl;

I like the person in the back ground. it's hard to read his thoughts which I like.
