If it's cigarettes, chew on toothpicks.
You'll probably go through a tube a day, but it beats the alternative. And twiddle pens or drumsticks too.

It's not an oral/manual fixation thing for me, I just give in to feeling something different a little too easily. ie I smoke cigs for the buzz. I've gotten it down to ~4 really lite camels per day recently so I'm close.

yes I do exactly the same thing I like noting how sometimes it's harder to get into one ear and sometimes the other @__________@  but the itching never stops even if you go inside the mouth in the very top back corner where the ear is on the other side fuck how do you get it to stop fucking sunflower kernels so good but so much itching @___________@
