Every group of silly people has different people filling different roles or archetypes. Think of The Breakfast Club. Each person has a different personality and dynamic that fits the group somehow, and they bounce off each other.

For example:

Kaz, Blu = resident weeaboos
Felt, Tyler = resident gays
Nyerp = resident whiner
Socks = resident overly verbose, hopeless romantic

etc.
