they just announced a katamari for psp  baddood;

Both of them seem about the same in my eyes, and while the Vita seems way nicer the 3DS will probably have games I'll feel the need to play.
Still, I doubt I'll ever get either one goodjob;

Probably 3DS, with:
Super Mario 3D Land looks great
Layton / Ace Attorney looks nice, though it may not release here
Luigi's Mansion looks okay, though probably worse than the first
Mario Kart
its inevitable Pokemon games
