So today was not a bad day (or letters that made you feel good)

Most of it was, but when I got home I checked the mail and there was a letter from my dad.

He told me how proud he was of me, and how he wants to move to Asheville so we (him, my sister, and myself) can be a family.

I'm a little old for the family thing, but it was nice to get a letter.

He got his G.E.D. too, which he has been wanting to do for awhile, and he sent a picture of himself.

He hasn't shaved in at least nine months, nor a haircut. He looks weird, I've never seen my dad like this.

Also, I thiink that the prison gave him women's glasses...they're the brown turtleshell kind with horned rims on the ends...damn prison system.

It felt really good to hear from him and that he is proud of me, I still feel depressed as shit though. But yeah....
