I was just planning on applying for an IT job at my university tomorrow. The maximum allowed work per week is 12 hours and I'll probably start with something around 5.
It's not quite just IT; looks like I'll be doing any of numerous computer science-related tasks depending on things like what's needed and what skills they believe I have.

i think everyone naturally becomes more gay until they hit "full gay" [lots of people do not hit full gay in their life time] (this is a thing that i actually believe)

can full gay be achieved over multiple incarnations, i.e. are gay children born because they climbed higher on the gay ladder in previous lifetimes?

I think climbing the latter is a sub-conscious thing that people do and are usually never aware of it except for some few notable steps (coming out of the closet, being in fashion shows, working as a florist etc.) But one could repress the notable steps and slow down the Full Gay process, since acceptance of Gay is part of the process. Which would explain the more acceptance in gay people in modern western world, via the world becoming more gay.

.  Example:a conservative family raises up the gay kid,  s/he "lashes out" and sets out on the path of gay again. If the kid represses her/himself through out her/his whole life and is at a notable step of acceptance the kid would have to go through another cycle of the eternal wheel (life/death/reincarnation) until (s)he can possibly continue further on.
