Oh well completely senseless is a different story. A person that couldn't speak could think about or imagine places, people, animals, etc. As for a senseless person, perhaps their thinking or imagining is dependent on their creativity, to create something inside their minds. Their minds still function, they just have no experiences to base their thoughts on.  Idk if I am making any sense

If they have never sensed anything then I don't see how they could think anything, because in order to think, doesn't it have to be in the shape of a certain sense? Like images, or sounds, etc.
