True enough, but what's not true is that anything was stolen.  It is a fact of the Internet that whatsoever you put into its clouds or any other lines of pipe = publishing or re-publishing, which is why there are copyright nazis everywhere, and why every website has a Terms of Service, including those of the host.  Whatever Boyah may or may not be, one thing is certain--it is subject to the Terms of Service of its host, which means that its own Terms necessarily include them.

And those Terms usually state that what you type, you relinquish. Nothing, therefore, is stolen, unless you copy/paste someone else's content on another board or site even as you might claim that it may be the Freedom of Moving Thoughts.

With as often as your boards have been banned by hosting companies, you know that's not possible.
As far as Boyah doing that, it's not the only board out there that does it. Anytime you go online, any Undergrounds are mere pretense anyway. Everything online is identifiable. Get used to it.

Khadafi is one of those who writes Terms of Service, so it's not like his own Terms of Service forces him to do anything.
