I got  6 on AP Boyah

I just got it today as well. From the ones I took this year:

Calc BC: 5
Physics B: 5
Statistics: 4

If anything, I would've expected Physics, not Statistics, to be a 4 out of these because my Physics teacher didn't teach half the content, while for Stat I thought I answered like everything reasonably.
I have doubts that either of them matter at all with regards to the classes I'm supposed to take for Software Engineering/Math minor

lol, i just barely managed a B in the class. i rarely finished my homework. almost always turned things in incomplete.
