Pets?

I have a little black pomeranian shih-tsu mix dog, Macy
a fluffy orange cat, that we just call mama (she had two batches of kittens)
one of mama's kittens, black/orange/white, Daphne
my sister has a cat, Daphne's older sister, who looks similar, Tallulah
and I guess a beta fish that everyone forgets exists

My mother is a tad ridiculous about pets. Have I mentioned it before here?

My current pets include a cat, a parakeet, four chinchillas, some degus, many sugar gliders, two rabbits, two ducks, fish of some sorts, and turtles. There's tons of other types of pets which I once had but no longer do, including raccoons

I have no pets here. My parents/sisters/kinda me have a Havanese named Emmy. My sister also has a fish.


In a few years I'll get a french bulldog and name it Horace Cleveland after the famed 19th century landscape architect.  And it will be kickass.

Here and now I live alone. We raised a kitten to a cat and named her Pumpkin. Then we put her down. It was all a lie. I didn't know she was going to die. My parents refused to grant her home in our new house, because they are communists and don't fuck around. Where I am from we have neither the luxury or the attitude to keep pets as collective clowns. Animals are beasts, and they serve a function and carry a burden. Dogs guard and horses pull, donkeys carry and chickens cluck, rabbits, well, they fuck and we eat duck. They are not jesters for suburbia, with its fat chins and pudgy fingers, just poor things for poorer souls and toothless faces.
