if you don't like advance wars then you probably wouldn't like fire emblem. fire emblem is basically the same game except that instead of just building expendable units, you have characters that have stats and level up and stuff, and when they die they're gone forever.

fire emblem and advance wars are both turn-based stragies, but they're fairly different if you ask me.

I have Fire Emblem on  gamecube and enjoyed it.

yes. i own it in two forms. nes cartridge and metroid prime/fusion bonus.

i wouldn't call that one hard either, just really goddamn confusing sometimes. i know where the first few upgrades are pretty much by memory but after that i tend to start getting lost.
