Even More New Futurama

Apparently they're on every Thursday on Comedy Central at 10 EST.

...so yeah, did anyone else watch the premiere? They're still doing that thing where they reference things from 1000 years before the show takes place as if they were still relevant in that time period. Oh yeah and the show still isn't funny and stuff.

i love futurama too. when it's funny.

i felt the bender episode was better than the gender episode mainly because the gender episode is probably one of the worst ones they've ever made so yeah

i didn't laugh at it once

a new episode's basic plot can be basically boiled down to the crew goes to some planet and meet some alien and then some zany stuff happens to them and they do that 10-jokes-a-second approach to writing except none of the jokes are funny and then they just grasp at straws for things they haven't done plot-wise before all while referencing old jokes from when the show was good under the misconception that they will still be funny

I feel you on them being bad, but I've watched all the old eps so many times that just a little more futurama is what I need. funny or not. 


but yea that reference shit bugs the hell out of me. im watchin futurama, not family guy, and not south park. I want that dry subtle humor, not random sporatic humor.  Q('_' Q)
