Finished ef - a tale of memories last night.

Pretty good. The Shaftiness helped keep it interesting, but they also really overdid it sometimes. But this is a visual novel drama along the lines of Key's stuff, so seeing it all Shafty was pretty odd. The show was no Clannad but it was definitely good, at least. Just too disjointed, and nothing particularly stands out I don't think. And the ending was pretty unsatisfactory. Not the ending itself so much as just how Shaft handled it. It's abrupt. But that might be helped by the second season, I really have no idea.
