I loved it but oh my god was it depressing. I never want to feel this way because of anime again.

i loved 5 centimeters per second, it's far superior to the work that made makoto shinkai famous in the first place, voices of a distant star

the place promised in our early days is another great movie by him but 5cm is the best one
