yeah it's like right as you enter the house so you can smell it as soon as you walk in

i have to spray it with at least 2 bottles of febreze every day

does it seriously not bother you to be wearing shoes most of the day
I don't wear them most of the day, I'm not even wearing them right now

most people don't set them by the door like I assume most japanese people do, but I also think it just varies by household. It doesn't matter if I wear shoes in my house, whichever I feel like doing really.

in houses i've lived in, i've usually kept my shoes in my room, like behind my door or somewhere else that's not out in the open, and so i'd walk from the front door to my room with my shoes on, but that's it

in other peoples' houses, i generally take my shoes off right at the front door because i find it to be the polite thing to do.

Ours are all set by the door or in a closet upon entering the house. VDood;

Maybe Arizona is different about this sort of thing, because if friends just took their shoes off upon entering my house I'd find it kind of weird, unless they were close friends that hang out a lot or something.
I keep most of my shoes in my closet, and the ones I've recently worn just anywhere on the floor in my room, usually near my bed.

yeah taking your shoes off in someone else's house is p. weird

Himu

in hawaii it's rude not to take off your shoes at the door

flip flops are honestly the most awkward piece of footwear known to man  confuseddood;

don't let's

I'd only only take my shoes off at somebody else's house if they said to or if every else did.
