I used to be really into torrenting, and used what.cd and ntorrentz a lot but now that I'm in collge and can't torrent I'm forced to use warez-bb and DC++ which sucks but whatever

I use Torrents and Transmission. Because most of my downloads are anime, I get many of the torrents from various fansubbers' sites, some others from nyaatorrents, some others from Demonoid, and a few from The Pirate Bay as like the last place I usually check.

Some fansub groups don't use torrents, so I've used IRC-based file transfer (DCC) once in a while because that's the only form of sharing they use.

Even when I go to college, I'll remotely use my computers at home to torrent then sftp transfer files directly from home to college.

But when I'm really desperate when I'm at school I use Mediafire, although it annoys the fuck out of me when fools exclaim how great mediafire is and how much torrenting sucks for music when the only torrenting they've ever done is off Isohunt and TPB and they don't know shit. /long sentence

is /rs/ any good? I mean, I hope that all the DL links are to rapidshit.

um rapidshit is the one you should be NOT hoping for - their time and size limits are atrocious unless you for some reason have one of those gold accounts of whatever. do you?

/rs/ also has links for sites like megaupload and mediafire, which are both better, especially the latter.

basically, i use of methods similar to /rs/ - this includes rapidsearch.infobind.com and nihonomaru forums...places that allow me to find links on filehosting sites.
