Good, free audio converter?

I used to use dbpowerAMP, but now they don't let you use their standard mp3 codec without registering and paying for it. I need to convert some .ogg files to mp3s. HALP.

Anyways, Total Video Convertor is the best one, it has everything and goes at least 2x faster then most other convertors.
