How are you study habits?

Mine are shit and I need to improve them.
1 Week Before Exam: "I'll create a study plan tomorrow and then follow it"
3 Days Before Exam: "Fuck I should start studying. Danny wants to play Melee? An hour of Smash shouldn't hurt"
Day Before Exam: "FUCK cram cram study study barely retain anything"
Day Of Exam: Wake up early, cram, get breakfast, cram at breakfast, go to exam"
Week later: Receive B on exam.

REPEAT

2 days before the exam: Huh, I should probably start studying... procrastinate; well I suppose it's more important to be well rested so I can study tomorrow

1 day before the exam @ 2PM: Ok time to study! But let's see what's new on Boyah/ESPN/Facebook/YouTube first

1 day before the exam @ 7PM: Well I guess I should get dinner

0 days before the exam @12AM: Huh, I wonder what kaz is streaming

0 days before the exam @ 3AM: FUCK I better actually start studying; *opens book* Huh I wonder if that new video is up

0 days before the exam @ 4AM: Actually start studying

0 days before the exam @ 9AM: Walk to exam

Receive A/B/C depending on how much of the exam focuses upon readings versus lectures

So luckily I can get by on a lot of prior knowledge, I don't have new stuff to constantly learn like one might have to in a math course

i'm suffering a little as well. i'm trying to get into the habit of going into the library between classes which is helping a lot.

I used to study all of the time before I transferred.  But now I never study... Like ever.

1 week before exam - Better outline the important stuff in my notes so I can study better.
6 days before exam - I'll make the outline tomorrow
5 days - This is easy. I can study later
Days 4 and 3 - FUCK YEAH BEING LAZY
2 days - I'll study one chapter today
1 day - CRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAMMMMMM
Day of - Usually an A or B, sometimes C
