put it this way. if he made a thread complaining that he smelled like cigarettes wouldn't an apt response by "because you smoke cigarettes?".  it's a complaint brought on by his own stupidity when it is known the problem results from his action.

so i guess nyerp's response "because you're mippo" does fit in that situation since every one of mippo's complaint threads are due to a situation he caused.

I'd say no because 8 didn't really have any discernible issues probably other than UI (which IMO 8.1 mitigated, though 10 resolved).

Vista and ME had actual underlying issues with stability
