Is my family's christmas tradition wierd or does your family also do it

We open presents at 12am Christmas morning/christmas eve late night

Its been a tradition ever since my dad was a child, because him and my uncle found out that santa isnt real when they decided to stay up till 12am Christmas Eve.

it's not really that weird but i don't think it's too common either. i open usually 1 or 2 presents christmas eve at my grandparent's house and the rest on christmas

I open mine Christmas morning, but get gifts from the rest of my family Christmas Eve evening.

However, my step-grandparents give gifts on Christmas Eve.
