Somewhat distraught, to be honest. One of those days where things remind you of days from the past and shit, with that obviously comes emotions and memories in this case just shit I'd rather forget about and move on from.

I suppose I'm having more of a realisation moment where I'm realising regrets but at the same time going to emotions and memories I keep bottled up?
