All my classes this week were cancelled due to snow.

If this were high school I'd be ecstatic about this, but because it's College/University I'm actually really annoyed.

I travelled 12 miles on Monday to find out that our lecturer got stuck on the way here and had to be towed back IN POG FORM to their house due to snow and ice and every class since then has been cancelled due to "Extreme Weather Conditions" :/

I've got projects due in at the end of December and I'm starting to feel the "running out of time" tension - especially with not being in class at all. (I normally only really work in Class or on Campus due to distractions of the outside world, so for me, this whole week being cancelled has really affected my studying lol.)

Plus I couldn't even make it into work yesterday due to the M4 (freeway/motorway) having a accident on it and being covered in black ice. :/

THE GOOD THING IS THOUGH SNOW IS FUN WHEN IT'S NOT PURE ICE WHEN IT'S NOT BEEN LYING HERE FOR DAYS.

Have any of you had snow or has the weather effected anything for you lately? This is the biggest amount of snow we've had in a few years, but it's been worse - what's it like for some of the places you're from?

We had huge snow flakes today. But they all melted when they hit the ground.
