Crazy phillipine people.
Not long ago there was another news in phillipines about a policeman that was fired that hi-jack a tour coach and shot 8 people dead in attempt for job back by threat. The phillipines army try to catch the man, but fail a lot of times. In the end, they sniper him, 2 shots of 4 fired on target.

They put rope on door for try to pull door off but the rope break.
They throw grenade in the window and miss.
They break back window for no reason.
One man is shot.
They don't use sniper until 7 hour pass.
