I actually like that Virginia has open primaries and that judges are only voted for in the General Assembly.
I do not have HIV/AIDS.

I think my state has a woman governor now. I wasn't really paying attention though.

a committee will recommend judges to culver/branstad and they'll appoint them.  confuseddood;
