In all seriousness, I don't get how prop 19, if passed, would not be overturned. If state law comes in conflict with federal law, doesn't federal law override the state law? I'm confused please help me

I was considering it until I saw the sidewalks absolutely covered in political campaign jargon on my way to class and was badgered by some guy who wanted to remind me why all the other candidates were evil.

I don't know if I'm still registered in Wisconsin anyway...
