yeah i researched this stuff lol akudood;

for the longest time i've been meaning to try protein bars, but that would require working out again, something i just dont feel like doing anymore. it's fun, but i could get adrenaline rushes elsewhere. and i always feel like im wasting my time, generally i have something else i need to do.

at least when im on boyah i dont realize how much time is being wasted

2000 calories is just a rounded estimate for the average american
it depends on one's basal and resting metabolic rates as well as their time spend doing physical activities along with body type/height and various other factors
