oh god what is this fix my laptop

For about 2 weeks now, I keep getting these error messages "0xc0000005" and "0xc000007b" when trying to use certain programs. My laptop will also not update it's fucking .NET framework, which I believe is why several of my applications won't work. No matter how many times I try, it keeps failing to update. My laptop is essentially useless right now; it's good for Internet without any flash/videos. I've been trying to fix this problem on my own but nothing is working.
WHAT DO I DO (BESIDES KILL MYSELF)?

iTunes
jusched.exe (or something like that. I don't know what it is)
Adobe Acrobat
There were a few others, but I can't remember anymore off the top of my head

But do you know anyway I can get rid of this problem? The only solutions I have are taking it to get fixed or figuring out my kill discs that shitty Geeksquad burnt for me instead of giving me the originals

That number is a memory location.
Do you have an up to date virus scanner? It could be caused by viruses. Also try reinstalling the software it seems the application could be trying to access memory it shouldn't. Also if neither of those to work, run memtest86 to check your ram, make sure it isn't faulty ram. Also do a chkdsk. At the moment that is all i could think of. Its more likely to be a windows problem then faulty memory. But check just in case.

It took control of my anti-virus program lol. I tried installing another, but it took control of that too.Fuck this error code.

When I ran chkdsk, it literrally appeared for a split second. I couldn't see anything at all. It won't let me read it.

Boot into safe mode and see if you can run your anti virus program.
I don't know if that will help at all? But try?

When did it start?

If it started when you first got the computer, just re-install Windows since something is probably wrong with HP's image.


though if you got it from best buy it's also possible that their shitware is also causing problems
