It is, but the problem is 'drank' is the preterite of 'drink'.  


It's 'Have you ever drunk _____?'.

using "drunk" just sounds weird to me, and I still don't see a problem with using "drank"

'Drank' is the preterite, or simple past, form of the verb '[to] drink'.  And since you're using the present perfect [or trying to do so], you would use a conjugation of '[to] have' and drink's past participle which is 'drunk'.
