Yeah, I liked NSider the best when it was '04 and '05. Joined in July of '04 and stuck to the Legacy Systems boards until they closed. I think I had the last post there, I believe.

After that, I stuck to chat threads for about 40,000 posts (lol) and became pretty well-known there. And then when they closed, I pretty much made fun of a lot of people. Banned around 10 times on my main account, most of them were because they wouldn't give me a break for having over 100 alts. Can't remember what it's last ban was for, but I didn't really give a shit. I think NSider was closing at about that time.

I was hardly a member at nsider. I posted just a little, but essentially wasn't recognized by more than like two or so people and don't have any worthwhile memories of it. Joined in late 2005. After nsider died was about the point I started wasting all my time on internet communities.

Oh man, Phantom Manatee. That brings back memories of playing Netbattle with the other Pokemon Nsiders. Like Judgement, BalladofWindFishes, Bastoise99, FiveKRunner, PokemonBattleBrain, and a bunch of other people who you guys probably wouldn't know. I wonder what they're up to nowadays.

For the first couple of months, I didn't even know Nsider existed, I just thought it was a Metroid forum, because I got linked to it from the MPH site. I remember LBoogie and SMITBG's weekly Metroid thread. And RidleyPrime of course.
