ok so i was just playing pokemon blue for a bit. i turned the game off and put down my gameboy. but then i realized i was still hearing some sort of amalgam of the town and gym theme music playing. i checked my gameboy but it wasn't on and i completely spooked myself out. this isn't the first time this has happened either since sometimes when i'm trying to fall asleep i think i hear people talking  akudood;

am i insane akudood;

has anyone else ever had the weird experience of hearing the song that's about to come on on your clock radio alarm in your head?

also the mail.app 'bing!' noise haunts me, I think I hear it underneath other things constantly

One time, I had the thing that happens in film dream sequences happen real life. I heard the song that my alarm plays in my dream and then I sort of went into a lucid dream state for a few seconds then woke up.
