I went desk shopping today. I needed a new desk. My old desk was and is inadequate for my needs. So I bought one.

Nothing exciting at the store or anything, and I usually keep my eyes out for eccentrics. I have some kind of magnetic draw towards people who not only break, but shatter common social norms. But, thatââ,¬â,,¢s not what this is about.

So Iââ,¬â,,¢m driving home with this brand new shiny motherfucking desk-in-a-box(some assembly required) when I get stopped by a red traffic light near my place. Nothing weird in that. Actually, things didnââ,¬â,,¢t get strange until I saw the red focus in front of me decide to pull out into the intersection and get smashed by a powder blue pickup.

Naturally, I was a little shocked. Not as much as the focus driver or powder blue, but shocked enough. This was third accident Iââ,¬â,,¢d seen and the first that happened right in front of my goddamned car.

I got out of my car immediately and started towards the accident. Both drivers were already out of their vehicles and starting towards each other Powder blue was this old guy who seemed concerned for mr focus. Mr focus was a thirty-ish year old piece of shit with a bluetooth headset in his ear. Focus started in on powder blue, calling him everything under the sun while powder was trying to calm him down and get things straight. Myself and two other witnesses had to intervene and calm the douchebag down.

Cops arrive and focus starts off on his side of the story right away, which involves him driving through a green light while powder blue runs a red, plowing into him.

I got questioned and told the fuzz the real deal. I was told I could leave.
I went and built my desk.

So, for conversation sake, anyone have similar experiences?

I was in the passenger seat of a friend's car when I notice a car coming up beside us on my side, the car proceeds to turn directly into us causing significant damage (and a unique sensation of horror seeing it rapidly approach my door), on a big fucking one-way downtown.  yuppie fuck with a bluetooth headset, he later claimed it didn't happen and I had to testify for an insurance company

Anyway, I would have loved to been in that situation. I would have jumped all over that opportunity to enact justice and fuck over that Focus

I almost got hit by a stupid motherfucker driving their motorcycle at least 20 miles over the speed limit when I was trying to pull out onto the road today, there was already a car parked on the side of the road to make my visibility worse in the first place and this douche didn't even have a helmet on either lol.

The joke would have been on him, you were in a car, he was on a motorcycle...car always wins in a collision.
