What time do you get up? Do you eat breakfast? Do you enjoy doing this and does it benefit or damage you?

I regularly feel utterly awful when I have to get up before 11-12 -- slight nausea, headache, soreness, discomfort in mouth (dry) and nose are not uncommon as I drag myself around in morning sunlight, which I hate (it seems to white and bright).

Breakfast is not particularly enjoyable. Rarely do I feel like eating right away even when I'm fine otherwise. There is very little variety in breakfast foods, although eggs benedict and bacon and sausage are excellent. To make up for it I usually have a snack/second dinner at 12-1am.

I'll almost always choose late evening/night for a setting over brighter parts of the day... although it bothers me that pretty much no one (stores, most restaurants, people I need to make appointments with) caters to the fraction that starts the prime part of their day at 4-6pm and would prefer to be out in the middle of the night.

I sleep extremely erratically (nap in the middle of a day 5 hours long, 36 hours awake, sleep sunrise-noon, etc), but currently there's not an issue of unhealthy sleep deprivation, since I basically just sleep until when I feel ready to get up each afternoon. I'm sure my circadian rhythms are nonexistent at this point, but I prefer it that way

I have almost no difficulty waking up in the morning. I party till 5 or 6 in the morning, and wake up at 9 and get on with my day as if nothing happened the previous night.
I find it almost impossible to sleep until 11 or later no matter how late or early I go to sleep. The only way I can bring myself to take a nap during the day is if I'm feeling terribly ill.

According to some tests we took in AP Psych, no, but I really feel like one. Yeah I do have some trouble getting up earlier than 9, but once I am up and showered, I feel great.

Daddy

I can wake up and function fine when I wake up early but I prefer lateness. I wish more thing were open at like 3AM

YPrrrr

I am definitely not... probably because of how late I'm usually up. I generally don't sleep as much as I'm supposed to which may be the contributing factor as to why I feel so awful in the morning. Usually if I eat anything within the first hour or so after waking up I'll get sick, so oftentimes I will go hungry which makes me irritable and ineffective on early shifts at work

Travis

not at all. unless i have to wake up for school or something else i usually have no difficulty sleeping until 1 or 2 in the afternoon.

Andria

I can function semi-ok but I am really out of it and don't know what to do with myself if i get up early. I also prefer being up all night as to being up all day.

Selkie

I usually fall asleep too late, so that if I wake up before like 10am it is extremely painful to get up, and I feel exhausted and sore.

But it goes away after like 10 minutes, and I feel great for the rest of the day.

I feel extremely depressed, pathetic, and just like a general pile of useless garbage if I get up anytime after 12.

Pretty much this. I also hate the idea of having to get up early in the morning, but once I put myself to it it's not too difficult.

We started our morning jobs at the same time.  :3

Before my job, I slept in until around one in the afternoon every day.  Now I wake up with the sun, and it feels really amazing.  The days last FOREVER, and I feel like I have more energy.  giggle;

I dunno. I HATE sleeping in too late. If I sleep in past 10 I stay tired all day for some reason and the day feels super short.

My natural wakeup time is around 7:30. If I go to bed anytime between 10:00 and 3:00, I will wake up within 5 minutes of 7:30. Obviously if I go to bed super early or late I will wake up earlier or later, but 7:30 seems the standard.

I don't enjoy breakfast at all. I have not eaten breakfast regularly in years. Most days I have two or three glasses or orange juice, or sometimes milk on my way out the door and don't eat anything until lunch.

I get up at 6:45 for work.

Mostly I just wish days were longer, because right now I have a hard time going to bed and waking up. I think I would do a lot better on a planet with days around 30 hours or so.

I hate the mornings so much.  I feel horribly greasy and I don't want to do anything until I get a shower.  It's so miserable.  Usually it's past breakfast after I start feeling hungry.
after i'm gone your earth will be free to live out its miserable span of existence, as one of my satelites, and that's how it's going to be.

Wrench

It really doesn't matter. If I have to get up early, I'll do it. Usually I'm in a really pissed off mood until I eat and shower though. I've been grumpy in the morning since I was a little kid....it's actually the reason why I have an alarm clock. My mom got sick of me lol
