It's sad that probably a lot of the stars you see in the sky possibly died out thousands of years ago or even more. :'(

its kinda weird to think about; if we find alien life, it would probably dead by the time we see it....

You can see some here, but I'm always taken aback by the beauty of the unpolluted sky when I see it from desolate places (Kaz can probably see neptune)

That's one thing I don't take for granted, living in a suburban/rural area.

I love looking up at the stars when it is totally clear and no moonlight. I sometimes focus on one and just assume that there is a planet circling it with another life form looking down at me.
