you'll get so into this and grapple with a miasmic mess of potentiality, then start noticing the deterioration of causality around your interactions and a constant, unsettling quiet other notion, and learn about something entirely new that's far more exciting and far less relevant to everyone else's concerns than you would now guess.

I feel some intensely powerful idea dictating my existence and causing me to be continually uncomfortable, pulling everything toward my being at maximum speed to find more pieces. when I'm efficiently afloat, churning through this vague puzzle, I suppose it is success. in other words I only enjoy creating, which I believe to be the experience of the implicit, opposite of internalizing the explicit (your current pursuit)

There is much room for creativity in the fields of mathematics and physics. doodthing;

What does that prove to JMV? I'm only 16, I'm not done growing at all.

Depends whatever JMV compares and associates it to in the depths of his bleak mind.

i remember it being incredibly hard because we've never learned algebra 2

if you ment ap psychology then christ is was so goddamn easy
i've only slept and took naps in class and i've only took notes about 3 times in total for the whole year

i'm self-studying for clep tests and i'll do self-study on nutritional science and physiology, along with sociology and classic psychoanalysis

I actually don't study for school. I really don't see the point of it all. School is a huge waste of time â,” it really only serves to control. I don't do my homework and I don't study for tests (which is why my GPA) As for my SAT, I didn't really practice for it, I was too busy. I took it without any sleep and no breakfast and did OK. Probably gonna retake if I feel like it. Anyway, the problem with school is that it shuns this natural and beautiful spirit of creativity and curiosity and instead replaces it with mundane rote memorization-based curriculums and asinine tasks.

Also, my vision of success is all about developing some sort of interest and then pursuing it. Teaching yourself new ideas and opening up your brain to the vast amounts of knowledge that is offered to us in this day and age. Read a book. Look around at the world. Research on the internet. Don't spend life doing nothing, life is precious.

I spend most of my free time reading books on mathematics and physics. Burning through material far ahead of my peers, feeding my curiosity and my own ambition to learn. I exercise and pay attention to my health. My thoughts have matured, my brain has progressed, [glow=red,2,300]and my penis has grown.[/glow] My definition of success has nothing to do with the amount of money one has attained, the amount of professor's dicks one has sucked, nor the amount of pussy one has eaten.

What are you doing with your live? To be truly happy with where your life is going and to be in total control of your situation, no matter how things go. That is success. Are you successful?

I come here every once in a while expecting some of you to have grown, to have changed even in the slightest bit. To have developed some sort of enlightenment or experience from living on this planet just a little longer. I know I have. I may be 16.57534247 years old, but I am growing, and I am maturing. I consider that success.

I know I am wrong to assume that you all have been unsuccessful but that is what this thread is for. Discussion.

I love you all. Goodnight, and good luck.

tl;dr: go fuck yourself.

we need more people in the world like you

Since we seem to be talking about how you measure success, I really wish that people would respect other people's ideas of success. Everybody has their own goals, and other people should respect those. If one guy's idea of success is to become a video game tester and play World of Warcraft all day, and he enjoys doing that, I don't think that he should be looked down on. Bassir, you are just a dick. Respect people for doing their own thing.

Maybe if World of Warcraft is teaching him something, then maybe.

But if he has no desire to learn, why should he have to? Not everybody has the same ambitions as you, and I think that it's important to respect that.
