a. It's possible to minor in multiple things since I'll only be one course away from a math minor and I will go for that.

Pick an undergraduate program
It will list the requirements for both a major and a minor, assuming the department designed their page correctly

I'd do Interactive Design, you can do the advanced web design courses which are probably cool front-end coding, the farthest you'd get with Graphic Design is automating InDesign templates or something
