I hate french people

They blocked one of my servers for receiving a random DDoS attack

It's been almost 2 days and they haven't offered a word of response to my pleas for help, and they are one of the biggest web hosts in Europe. I'm hoping they're just being French and not doing work on weekends (thursdays and fridays are included in french weekends), but they might never fix it
