That much? God damn. Make it a new requirement to be a Boyager.

snorkel

another 22% have Lexapro, Zoloft, and Prozac prescriptions (antidepressants) ... so basically nearly half (I'm guessing there's another good 10-15% of other brands) of America is using shit like this

The drug isn't entirely useless, in terms of helping people with serious anxiety disorders. I think that's a legitimate use. But that's probably...no more than 1% of that 14. The prozac one is ridiculous, I'd love to see the Ritalin/Adderall/Strattera/Vivance numbers.

pompous talk for my eyes water and quiver with a twitch like a little bitch

YPrrrr

I'm pretty sure 75% of the people in college here have adderall

snorkel

yeah there's legitimate use for xanax and other benzos, amphetamines too (I'd call 'staying awake' legitimate...), shit like prozac has been clinically proven to be placebo in a majority of cases though

Benzos are also used to treat epilepsy, insomnia, withdrawal from other drugs, muscle spasms, and are used in dental care. I think Xanax and Valium are the most commonly prescribed Benzos, so between all of those + the anxiety disorders 14% seems about right.
