I think albums should be listened to in full--even moreso for some albums in particular.
Hospice by The Antlers, A Piece of Strange by CunninLynguists, most of the albums and EPs by The Mountain Goats, and plenty of others all tell a story or keep a strong theme throughout the entire album that doesn't get appreciated if you just pick one or two random tracks off of YouTube.



if I pick random tracks i might not have the actual experience of the album and might just disregard it.
