I ordered a new iPod two weeks ago (80 GB Classic) from Amazon.com. I bought it used cause I was short on cash and whatnot, so I order it off of their "Marketplace". I'm chillin outside and the Mailman comes up to me yesterday (it shipped USPS so it came on a Saturday) and says "Hey yo.... Kevin. I need you to sign off on this package. It's certified mail and it requires a signature."

"Oh, ok." *signs* 'Hmm, this must be my new iPod ... this doesn't feel like an iPod.' *rips open package* Hmm, my very own blank sheet of printer paper. Fuck yeah.

I filed a claim with Amazon.com it should be resolved "by the 21st". ):

I know. Amazon has an "A to Z Guarantee" that says I can be reimbursed up to 2,500 dollars for all purchases occuring through their marketplace if they didn't send me the item or if they sent me nothing. I'm sure they would ask the seller for their address, the day they shipped out, and the tracking number, and then ask the Shipping Company to verify this information and verify whether or not the package was correct.

I got caught by my parents and they bitched about it. And I quit smoking cigarettes because my mom was all up in my shit about it.
