In the summer of '08 I didn't shave the whole summer vacation 
My sideburns grew quite a bit, but my chin and lips were just gross 
But that was a 1.5 years ago, so I think I grow facial hear a bit faster now.

Recently i haven't tried not shaving for more than a week, so i don't know about a month. But before nothing grew.

I always have sideburns, even when I shave.
Also, I look gross if I don't shave for a week, but it might change if it was 3 weeks or so.
