This time at the library

I'm just sitting here at computer terminal number 1, which we all know is the best one because it's number one and is in the corner, when I turn around and see this little black girl staring at me with her thumb in her mouth.

It's a little weird, but I ignore it and go back to my interweb activities.

But I can still feel her staring at me. Sucking on her thumb like it's a teet.

I feel her stare on me for fifteen minutes. I'm getting irritated at this point. She just keeps staring at me.

She's not staring at me now, but everytime I turn my head we make eye contact.

Why is the library so weird?

I hate public libraries

I live right next door to the public library, and it has become my new favorite spot.  I swear I meet a new person there everyday.

I love going to the library. Two of the librarians love me. But I always get books about drugs and fucked up people. Sometimes I get video games and movies as well. But I always see the weirdest people there, talking about the weirdest things. ALSO there is a student named Hazel that works there and she went to my school. Then she added me to facebook and I was like jesus! ahh. BUT get this... she has a lazy eye and a mini thumb that has no bone in it so it just flops around and I can't help but stare at it every time she checks out my books.
