looks like a stupid advertising ploy and also that kind of movie -- blair witch reinventions -- are the kind of thing that aren't even good once and, if anything, really only work the first time

actually Baghead was funny, but that had another twist and was supposed to be absurdist

I saw it.

See, I really liked blair witch when I first saw it.

PA had very similar pacing, which I enjoyed. Escalates slowly and crescendos.
Acting was goofy at times and convincing and chilly at others.
Had some good moments too. Night scenes were always foreboding.
The part when she's pulled out of bed is particularly  well done.

I dont know, it wasn't so bad. Hell of a lot better than watching a few hours of torture porn. Isn't there a new saw coming out?

It wasn't scary at all but it was disturbing. But there are three endings, the original ending was cut out and Dreamworks put it a new ending. I'm not sure which one is out in theaters but I saw the original police ending. What version is out in theaters? There is also a suicide ending.

I kinda enjoyed it even if it wasn't scary 

I loved the scene where she is laying in bed with that creepy smile and saying nothing is wrong and then the chilling screams at the end before it goes silent basically  5thgrade;
