help me brainstorm titles

I wrote a commentary piece for a publication about the benefits of drug legalization (all drugs) and why it needs to happen. The draft title is "Drug Legislation" which obviously is not fit for print.

I need a funny/edgy/silly/informative title that conveys the subject of drug legalization and catches the reader's attention with something slightly outrageous; ideas I've had are along the lines of "marlboro reds and oh some heroin too please" but that isn't a very good title, but you see what I mean.

So help me think of a good title. I've spent 3 days trying.

there's a wealth of great quotes about marijuana, cocaine and black people like "the cocaine-frenzied negro is prone to attack the white women" and "marijuana is a vice of negroes, mexicans, and the lesser races and encourages their evil music and arts"
