Found out that my class in college lets me into the MSDN accounts for the school and I got myself Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. Its alright I guess, the superbar is nice to use once you get used to how it works exactly. It basically is a OS X dock in a simple sense, but it keeps the functionality of the task bar. Now I get to have a crapload of windows open without worrying about running out of horizontal space baddood; (But I rarely had issues to begin with).

Windows 7 Pro bitches~

Yeah working on the highlighted.

really, any advice on that? I understand it could just be in use elsewhere, but 1.3GB is a lot to be used somewhere else, more so since I didn't have this issue in Vista with my graphics card.

My biggest concern is, can you actually install drivers without the cd easily.

Like, install some old ass webcam you have easily or something.

From what I know, the 64 bit drivers have to be signed ones (whatever that means), but installing the drivers is the same as any windows OS. I haven't had any driver issues yet with my laptop.

Thats shitty. My printer doesn't work with vista as well as my webcam.

I think there's a way to disable the signature requirement though.

my 64-bit Snow Leopard doesn't work with quite a lot of popular PCI wireless cards

Oh my god everything is actually pretty bad ass. No huge changes but it's just well displayed. The devices folder is awesome, before it was a pain in the ass to find anything you put into a computer. I can't believe it was only $30.

I actually think you can upgrade from XP as well.
