There is a difference. Other than appearance, I've heard that uncircumsised ones need to be cleaned really, really well in order to fight disease. Like, better than normal. So that must be a bitch to do.

It's... just such a random practice. I don't like my penis being described as the state of not having received a procedure as weird and unnecessary as that, aka "uncircumcized".

I prefer "natural".
