i heard that circumcised penii are low maintenance and are much harder to get infected and they lower the risk of getting AIDS (though if you're having anal then it doesnt matter at all).

There are just as many sources claiming that there are medical benefits to circumcision as there are stating there are not.

You don't trust the WHO or the CDC?
I mean obviously it's not a flawless protection against HIV but it's something.

Over forty epidemiological studies have been conducted to investigate the relationship between male circumcision and HIV infection.[1] Reviews of these studies have reached differing conclusions about whether circumcision could be used as a prevention method against HIV.[2][3][4][5]
